The Rebels

Two friends, one obsession

We founded JediOnTheFly in 2025 as two jaded technology and innovation veterans. One of us literally sitting in the smoldering ashes of a research business disrupted by LLMs.

But we found common cause in going beyond using AI to make what we do a little better, faster, easier or cheaper. Instead, we share the idea that there are new categories of interaction and new business models better aligned for our chaotic times. And LLMs are not simply 'agents' but co-creative thinking partners and provocateurs. We believe the world has barely begun to tap the immense creative and serendipitous potentials of the great tech of our time.

Besides spanning two continents (France and the US) we span distinct styles. Hamid, always the jokester and Curtis the heartbroken romantic. We also span a vital network of talent and are able to leverage a global network of fellow enterprise change consultants, innovation coaches, and AI practitioners for our engagements.

The Founders
Hamid - Co-founder of JediOnTheFly

Hamid Ennachat

Poitiers, France

Hamid has been working for decades with emerging technologies through relentless experimentation. An auto-didact of sorts, he is a passionate observer of language, and their near magical powers of incantation. LLMs are his perfect playground. Hamid is above all, our chief innovative problem solver, generating 100s of controlled tests to develop precise architectures and algorithms, that evolve at the speed of AI.

Curtis - Co-founder of JediOnTheFly

Curtis Michelson

Orlando, Florida

Curtis has spent decades developing relationships with the folks who are doing the most interesting work in transformative organizational change. He is the relationship builder and front face of the firm. At his best, he facilitates creative collision of others' ideas with his own to maximize client value discovery potential. His mad quest is help you locate the hypothesis your organization is almost asking, and surface it.

The Business Backstory

What's with the name?

We met on a public genAI tinkerers forum in late 2024 and realized that we both were well beyond casual interest in prompts and prompting. We were having too much fun pushing every new model to its creative limits and our own limits as well.

Curtis had just built an innovation tool with chatGPT called the Binky Innovator, which was a personalized design thinking tool using forced constraints.

When Hamid shared his own GPT creation called Jedi On The Fly, an AI persona and skill factory on demand, it was so clever and fun, that the name stuck.
